Brunch After Dark is what happens when your favorite brunch gets a nightlife glow-up. Think mimosas… but make it bold. Waffles… but make it cocktails. This elevated mixology experience flips the script on traditional brunch and turns it into a nighttime vibe full of flavor, music, and social energy.
Guests will craft three brunch-inspired cocktails that feel familiar but taste like a whole new experience—bright, smooth, slightly indulgent, and designed for nighttime sipping.
